Update docx converter to extract images ​

  • Updated scripts/convert-docx.mjs to extract images from docx files and save them to public/<category>/<doc-slug>/ instead of embedding as base64
  • Extracted images are automatically added to the image gallery
  • Base64 stripping kept as a safety fallback

Updated front page to reflect all site content ​

  • Front page now lists every page grouped by section, matching the sidebar

Stripped base64 image data from 12 converted documents ​

  • mammoth was embedding screenshots as inline base64 data URIs, causing files up to 900KB
  • Removed all embedded images from: Suppliers Process Handbook, Getting Started with SOPs, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Labels, Ethos Metabase Reporting, Updating Your Personal Details, Ethos Admin Portal Guide, After Hours Make Safe Process, Inventory Scanning Instructions, Business Improvement and Planning, OptimoRoute Appointments & Bookings Overview, How to Create Appointments and Bookings in Prime
  • Total size reduced by ~5MB

  • Replaced PDF-download stub with full markdown transcription of the Jialift E10-15GL operating manual (57 pages, 17 chapters)
  • Covers specs, safety precautions, daily inspection, operation instructions, battery maintenance, failure solutions, and maintenance schedules
