1. Product Introduction
The E10-15GL is a battery-powered electric counterbalanced forklift. It converts motor electric energy into mechanical energy via gears to drive the vehicle, and uses hydraulic motion to lift the forks. Key features: labour-saving, high efficiency, smooth cargo operation, simple operation, low noise, no pollution.
Suitable for: cargo lifting and handling on solid, flat ground only. Do not operate on slopes.
Applicable Environment (Lead Acid)
- Altitude: ≤ 2000m
- Temperature: -5°C to 40°C (optimal 15–35°C)
- Above 40°C: relative humidity must not exceed 50%
- Below -5°C: special protection required (company approval needed)
- Not for use in: explosive gas/dust environments, flammable/explosive/corrosive environments
Applicable Environment (Lithium Battery)
- Altitude: ≤ 2000m
- Temperature: 0°C to 40°C (optimal 15–35°C)
- Below 0°C: special protection required
2. Proper Use
- Only use on solid, flat ground
- Do not load on slopes — risk of overturning due to gravity shift
- Do not lift or carry personnel (if personnel on fork, keep fork 200–300mm above ground)
- Do not use on a lifting tail plate or loading platform
- Observe the rated load on the load curve and nameplate
- Work area illumination must be ≥ 50 lux
- Modifications require written approval from the manufacturer
