Viewing the Estimator Availability

Follow these steps to view the Estimator Availability and Appointments Scheduled.

NB: future schedules may change as appointments that aren't scheduled for a specific estimator may move to another estimator.

Viewing the Estimator Availability

1. Navigate to https://admin.ethosbuilding.com.au/

2. Click "Booking Availability"

About a Day's Schedule

3. Each Schedule will show the following:

• Percentage Available based on a 6 Hour Window (100% = fully available, 0% = Busy)
• Route (Work that is scheduled for that Estimator)
• Avail (Time Available to Schedule more work)

Viewing Scheduled Work

4. Click "Scheduled" to show the Appointments Scheduled for an Estimator on that Day.

5. You can see the Scheduled Time, Job and Address of the Appointment. Click "Prime" to Open the Prime Appointment for that Job.
