Finding Appointments Not Scheduled

When Prime Appointments or Insured Bookings are routed for Estimators; sometimes an Appointment can't be scheduled due to a restriction: The estimator doesn't have enough time, Travel is too far from the last stop, or its booked at the same time as other Appointments.

Use the Not Scheduled button to see the Appointments not Scheduled.

1. Navigate to https://admin.ethosbuilding.com.au/bookingavailability

Tip! If there are Appointments that couldn't be scheduled; the Not Scheduled button will be Yellow with a count of Appointments.

2. Click "Not Scheduled"

3. You can now see each Appointment that couldn't be scheduled. Click "Prime" to open the Appointment in Prime.

4. If possible: update the Appointment to a broader time window or use Estimator TBA instead of a specific Estimator.
